I partner with founders, CEOs, and investors of growth-stage companies to ensure their financial and HR infrastructure can keep pace with their vision. I connect businesses to fractional HR and accounting teams that bring compliance, clarity, structure, and investor-ready reporting during key inflection points such as fundraising, rapid growth, and exit preparation.

My role is to help leadership teams move from reactive to strategic, building the operational backbone that allows them to scale with confidence.

Before Sayva I Was…:

Focused on relationship-driven business development, building trusted partnerships and helping organizations navigate growth intentionally. I have always been drawn to roles where I can align the right people with the right solutions at the right time.

My Proudest Sayva Moment:

Seeing the long-term impact of the work we do. One story that stands out is our partnership with Vuori. When they engaged Sayva, they were navigating growth without a formal internal finance department. Sayva stepped in fractionally, built structure, supported fundraising efforts, and helped create the financial backbone that allowed leadership to scale with confidence.

Today, Vuori is a world-leading, multi-billion-dollar brand. Being part of a firm that helps build foundations for companies that grow into global brands is something I am incredibly proud of.

Three Things to Know About Me:

1. I am proudly Colombian and Mexican and fluent in Spanish. My heritage deeply shapes who I am. Family and community mean everything to me, and I love connecting with people’s stories, backgrounds, and aspirations.
   
2. I was raised by a single entrepreneurial mother and saw firsthand both the successes and challenges of business ownership. That experience shaped my passion for supporting founders and small business owners through their growth journeys.
   
3. I am one of five siblings and the middle child, which naturally made me the family peacekeeper and negotiator. Today that skill serves me well in business. At home, life is lively with our two-year-old daughter and two Australian Shepherds who run the house and have more energy than most startups!
