My Job @Sayva:

As a Staff Accountant, I oversee day-to-day activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation. In addition, I am the main contact for correspondence. Overall, I contribute to the overall scope of the client’s business and am committed to uphold the Sayva values.

Before Sayva I was…: An Accounting Associate working for an outsourced accounting firm in San Diego. At the firm, I did some consulting work and provided the full suite of accounting services to local businesses. My services centered around the retail and restaurant industry.

 My Proudest Sayva Moment:
Was the annual Sayva Retreat! During the retreat, we all met together as a collective and were able to meet face to face and collaborate. The company planned team building and bonding and I am proud to be part of a team that encourages a positive environment! The whole team is so hard working and knowledgeable and it inspires me to be so as well.

3 Things to Know About Me:

1. One of my passions is food! I love to cook as well as discover new trendy restaurants and bars in San Diego.
2. My favorite past time is being outdoors. I enjoy hiking, weight-lifting and hot yoga.
3. On my off-time I enjoy traveling. I have gone to Mexico, Costa Rica, Hawaii and other states in the U.S., but I will be traveling overseas to Spain (for the first time) in March of 2024!
