As Associate Vice President, Client Solutions, my job is to help clients with all facets of talent and recruitment. I serve as a trusted partner and extension of my client’s internal teams, providing project-based consultants and recruitment services. By taking a consultative approach and providing hiring strategies based on current market conditions, as well as access to immediately available consultants and in demand candidates, I help save my clients time, energy, and countless headaches!

Recruiting in the San Diego market for both Accounting and Finance and Technology professionals. I provided direct hire search and consultants for Series A startups to Fortune 500 companies.

1. Family is everything to me. I am a husband and an English Bulldog father of 2 (Benji and Molly).
2. I’ve hiked and summited Half Dome (Yosemite) and Angel’s Landing (Zion) and lived to tell the tale.
3. I am a Sauna enthusiast. 30-minute sessions, 5x per week. The hotter, the better.
