As a Vice President of Client Solutions, my joy is listening to our client’s business challenges and helping resolve them with outstanding talent solutions. I’ve been told that I’m a “swiss army knife” of capabilities that will help our clients in any way I can. I think that’s a fun way of describing what I do. I love that we are a full-service talent firm that can provide solutions to businesses at every stage of growth.

Prior to Sayva, I worked for a wide variety of distinguished companies, starting with Big 4 accounting firms and premier executive search firms to venture-backed startup and high-growth publicly-traded companies. These experiences and relationships have shaped my business acumen so I can serve our clients with efficient and successful talents solutions.

 My Proudest Sayva Moment:

I’m proud to be part of the Sayva success story. I’ve worked with some of the best in the industry and the Sayva team is a unique combination of brilliant, high integrity people with a huge work ethic. They are highly trusted by our clients, consultants, and candidates, and they get amazing results!

 3 Things to Know About Me: 

1. I’m happily married and a mother of three wonderful children. I have boy/girl twins that keep me on my toes. I come from a huge family of nine children and one set of parents, and I absolutely love my family.

2. I recently ran the Carlsbad half marathon, which was my sixth and a couple of other marathons. I’m learning the Ukulele and have dusted off my violin recently and I’m determined to play some beautiful music on it soon!

3. I’m a Spanish speaker. I lived in Ecuador for about two years and absolutely love the country, culture, and language.
