 My Job @Sayva:

 I support the sales and delivery teams, and really anyone who needs assistance in our organization. My PI (predictive index) gauged that I’m an “altruist” which must be true because I love helping people and being of service. I get tremendous job satisfaction knowing I’m saving our sales and delivery teams a lot of time by taking administrative items off of their plates. I’m also involved in many ongoing larger projects which are very interesting to me and of great impact to our company. I always strive to deliver outstanding service to the Sayva team and our clients, candidates and consultants.

Before Sayva I was…:

 A Senior Marketing Communications Specialist for life science, medical device and biotech companies. I would say I was “raised OTJ” as I learned and applied my skills and knowledge over the years that I worked in marketing. Previous to that, I was a consultant traveling around the U.S., working with hospitals and healthcare organizations.

 My Proudest Sayva Moment:

I am extremely proud to be part of the Sayva Team as we’ve been honored to place in the Top 10 of the San Diego Business Journal’s Best Places to Work every year since 2017, and we ranked #6 in 2023!

 3 Things to Know About Me: 

1. I grew up mainly in Washington State and transplanted to San Diego in 2007.
2. During college, I lived with a French family in Grenoble, France for 6 months. 
3. Travel is one of my greatest passions. I’ve been fortunate to visit 21 countries… and counting!
