 My Job @Sayva:

As the Operations Coordinator, I am responsible for operational functions, contracts, delivery support and reporting. With exposure to all departments in the company, one of my goals is to streamline processes and find ways for efficiency.

Before Sayva I was…:

an Administrative Assistant at TIAA, a Financial Services company where I supported Wealth Management Advisors. In that position, I wore many hats which helped me gain the transferrable skills to get me where I am today.

 My Proudest Sayva Moment:

was the first time I met the team and went into the office. It is important for me to work with people who have similar values and Sayva has exactly that! The culture and employees make me proud to be part of the team!

 3 Things to Know About Me: 

1. I recently moved to California from Jersey City, NJ and have enjoyed spending a lot more time outdoors. Some hobbies and interests I’ve picked up since moving here have been hiking, surfing and golfing. It’s been so fun to explore a new place and try new things!

2. Movement is my medicine. I spent most of my life in a dance studio practicing ballet, tap, jazz, modern, hip hop, belly dance.. you name it, I probably tried it. Recently yoga and mindful movement have been my go to practices.

3. Diversity and Inclusion, Advocating for Equality and Community Service have always been extremely important to me. I am grateful for everything I have and think it is only right to give back and leave the world a better place than what it was. Some ways I’ve done so have been by donating to causes, mentoring youth, community clean-ups and participating in sustainability efforts.
