Details:
– Estimated salary rrange of $145K – $1650K + bonus, commensurate with experience
– Opportunity to be a key member of a growing product team
– Mainly remote but willing to come in the office as needed
Key Responsibilities:
– Spearhead the product strategy, vision and roadmap for your assigned product vertical
– Conduct market research, gather insights, and develop a deep understanding of customer needs
– Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align on priorities and requirements
– Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including discovery, prototyping, and release planning
– Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
– Incorporate customer feedback through qualitative and quantitative data to continuously enhance products
– Support go-to-market activities and define success criteria for measuring product performance
Required Qualifications:
– 5+ years of proven experience in end-to-end product management across the full product lifecycle
– Expertise in agile product management methodologies such as Scrum
– Ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
– Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences
– Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment
– Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
– Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
– Prior experience working in a SaaS or software product company
– Background in transportation or logistics industries
– Experience managing mobile app and/or platform product offerings
