Amelia Martin

Director of Operations

Amelia Martin

 My Job @Sayva:

As Director of Operations, my job is to identify business efficiencies throughout the organization, maximize productivity through interdepartmental collaboration and process analysis, and strategize solutions for growth opportunities. I oversee many of the daily business’s activities, coordinate actions across the organization, and deliver for Sayva’s employees, clients, and consultants. My top priority is ensuring the business operations are running smoothly and creating a positive and upbeat atmosphere!

Before Sayva I was…:

Looking for a company to call home! Before Sayva I worked for a lifestyle and performance fashion company as a customer experience leader. My mission in that role was to cultivate a better together employee and customer experience and drive change. I was relocated to Denver, CO to aide in the opening of a customer experience center and lead a team of over 100 people. The exposure to the inner workings of the business and cross functional involvement is where I discovered my passion for operations.

 My Proudest Sayva Moment:

I’m proud to work for a company that has a vision for the employees and a culture driven by values. Everybody brings a different element to Sayva but we’re all working towards a common goal, and that’s really cool to be a part of.

3 Things to Know About Me:

1. Family means everything to me. My husband and I have two pups Zee & River, and a baby desert tortoise, Olive.

2. My love for music runs deep through my veins and has a big impact on my life, I have my dad to thank for that. You can always catch me playing the tunes, Credence Clearwater Revival, 90’s hip-hop, Taylor Swift and pretty much everything in-between… Mick Jagger and I share the same birthday, so maybe it was destiny. 😉 If I’m not rocking out, you’ll find me in the kitchen trying new recipes to enjoy with family and friends.

3. I love random acts of kindness!
