My Job @Sayva:
As an Accounting Manager, my job is to assist and/or take ownership in cleaning up, maintaining, and improving all accounting functions and processes. It is a very rewarding role because we provide value to our clients by taking on meaningful projects that bring visibility to the health of their organization.
Before Sayva I was…:
Accounting Manager for Avoya Traval, a travel (host) agency with over 1,600 independent agencies. At Avoya Travel, I managed a team that was responsible for the application of commissions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and various month end processes. Prior to that, I was an Accounts Payable Manager for a company that provides hardware and lighting to top home builders such as KB Homes and Lennar Homes.
My Proudest Sayva Moment:
I joined Sayva during the pandemic and have been remote ever since. I am really proud to be part of a team that helped me transition into a new company remotely through many Zoom calls, collaborations, and having an open-door policy. When we finally met in person, it did not feel like I was meeting the team in person for the first time.

1. I recently became a dog dad to a beautiful Goldendoodle named Theo.
2. One of my biggest passions is traveling! I have been to Cancun, Bali, and Costa Rica to name a few. I hope to travel to the Philippines and Paris in the future!
3. I am a first-generation graduate who obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance at California State University, San Marcos.
