 I partner with clients to provide strategy & support for their teams in all aspects of human resources, across hiring & onboarding, performance management, policy development, manager training, terminations and offboarding, and more.

Before Sayva I was…:

 working in start-up and non profit industries as a jill-of-all-HR trades for over 8 years.

 My Proudest Sayva Moment:

Supporting a client with a tricky performance situation. Partnering together, we were able to provide the employee with clear expectations and support to achieve their goals and do their best work.

 3 Things to Know About Me: 

1. I’m a big fan of picking up new hobbies, from Muay Thai to knitting. Don’t ask me for a demonstration though!

2.  As a huge animal lover, I have an adorable rescue dog who may make the occasional appearance on a call.

3.  I love hiking and most recently hiked the W-trail in Patagonia, Chile.
