Responsibilities:
- Create customer-facing systems, apps, and websites
- Implement and maintain data management processes
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs
- Utilize Jira and Confluence to track development tasks and maintain strong project documentation
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience as a Python Developer with expertise in backend and frontend development
- Strong proficiency React Native, NextJS (or JavaScript or AngularJS), and Postgres SQL
- Experience with Docker and applying CI/CD principles in a team environment
- Ability to design and implement data management processes, ensuring data quality and integrity
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
