Senior Business Systems Analyst /Business Process Consultant (Accounting Foundation)

We’re looking for a sharp and agile Senior Business Systems Analyst to support finance process improvements, fintech systems, and cross-functional project execution. This individual contributor role sits at the intersection of Finance and Technology—about 60% business/process-driven and 40% technical—with a primary focus on money movement platforms like Payments, Payroll, Capital, and Banking.

If you’re fluent in translating finance requirements into actionable testing and system enhancements, comfortable juggling concurrent projects, and have a knack for turning ambiguity into structure, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborating across Finance, product, and platform teams to gather requirements and deliver change initiatives

• Leading end-to-end test coverage, defect validation, and sign-offs for finance-impacting platform releases

• Driving change management and ensuring Finance stakeholders stay informed (no surprises!)

• Managing multiple workstreams—operational and project-based—within a fast-paced fintech environment

• Using data analysis and systems acumen to troubleshoot and continuously improve processes

Ideal background:

• 3–5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Systems roles

• Proven ability to communicate, collaborate, and manage cross-functional priorities

• Hands-on experience with testing and system validation in a finance/fintech context

• SQL knowledge and strong analytical skills are a big plus
  
  Salary: Up to $90/hr pending experience
