Location: Irvine, CA, Irving, TX, or Henderson, NV (Fully onsite, with flexible hours)

  • Base Salary: $120,000 – $130,000
  • Annual Bonus: $10,000 – $15,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mine and analyze large-scale people data to extract actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer, demonstrating expertise in Workday’s architecture and configuration.
  • Design and configure Power BI reports, delivering powerful data visualizations.
  • Explore and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline HR processes.
  • Collaborate with internal customers to understand business needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for People System reporting and data integrity.
  • Actively contribute to HRIS project initiatives, bringing analytical insights.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in Data Management, Statistics, Decision Science, or a related field preferred, in addition to 4-6 years of professional experience.
  • 5+ years constructing advanced Workday reports and dashboards.
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with inferential statistics
  • Certified Workday Reporting PRO
  • Advanced Power BI skills
