Revenue Operations & Marketing Coordinator
We’re partnering with a private investment firm experiencing rapid growth to help them hire a Revenue Operations & Marketing Coordinator — a hybrid role that blends CRM ownership, automation, and campaign execution. You’ll work directly with the VP of Marketing and global content resources to improve systems, support strategic initiatives, and shape marketing efforts that support both investor and brand growth. What You’ll Be Doing

Revenue Operations (Primary Focus)
• Own and optimize the firm’s CRM (Salesforce), ensuring data integrity and system hygiene
• Build automated workflows and enrichment processes across platforms using Zapier and Clay
• Support the development of sales and investor engagement funnels
• Oversee CRM-related reporting and drive RevOps best practices as the in-house expert -
Marketing Coordination (Secondary Focus)
• Partner with the VP of Marketing to execute brand and outreach campaigns
• Collaborate with a global marketing team member responsible for content calendars and website
• Take initiative on marketing execution — from initial strategy to campaign delivery
• Support quarterly investor-facing deliverables and communications tied to key reporting milestones

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of overall experience, with at least 2 years directly managing or owning CRM systems

Prior experience with Salesforce and HubSpot (or similar platforms) strongly preferred

Strong technical acumen — you’re comfortable implementing tools and connecting systems

Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and executive stakeholders

Highly self-aware, proactive, and accountable — you take ownership and seek improvement

Experience in high-change, high-growth environments a big plus

Based in PT or CT time zones preferred (hybrid-friendly)
Compensation & Details

Base Salary: $80,000–$90,000 (flexible based on bonus structure preference)
