We are looking for a fractional OCM consultant to help with the implementation of Clarity PPM tool for Project Managers. The ideal candidate will have experience stakeholder management and workshop facilitation. They will be responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders are on the same page and that the implementation process is smooth and efficient.
 
Details:
  • 3 Month Contract
  • Onsite in Irvine for 2-4 workshops (local preferred)
  • 10-30 hrs/week
  • Estimated compensation 75-105/hr
 
Responsibilities:
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define the scope of the project
  • Develop and deliver training materials
  • Facilitate workshops to gather feedback and ensure adoption of Clarity
  • Manage the implementation process and track progress
  • Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project
 
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in OCM
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in workshop facilitation
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Previous experience with Med Tech company is a bonus
