About the Opportunity:
 

The Associate Vice President of Client Solutions is a consultative business partner to senior leaders at middle market and enterprise companies. This individual brings deep experience selling Finance & Accounting solutions and demonstrates a strong interest in expanding relationships across the organizational chart in IT and Business Transformation. Success in this role is defined by a deep understanding of client priorities, the ability to build trust, and a talent for solving complex problems through strategic service offerings.

This person exhibits an elite work ethic and a strong internal drive for success. Highly self-managed, engaged, and committed to continuous improvement, they consistently strive to perform at the highest level while maintaining a collaborative, team-first mindset. On-Target Earnings Range after ramp-up: $300k-$750k+

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a territory of middle market and enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders in Finance, Accounting, IT, and Business Transformation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client priorities, projects, and gaps – then align Sayva’s services accordingly.
  • Propose client solutions that are tailored, relevant, and rooted in value creation.
  • Expand existing client relationships across departments and multiple levels of leadership
  • Collaborate internally to ensure client needs are scoped appropriately and high-quality services are delivered.
  • Understand and adopt Sayva’s processes to optimize workflow and ensure alignment with other departments.
  • Maintain consistent sales activity that drives qualified opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Track market intel and competitor activity to inform strategic positioning and differentiation.
  • Represent Sayva with professionalism, credibility, and a long-term partnership mindset.
  • Consistently use Bullhorn, Power BI, Metaview, LinkedIn, and other tools to manage activity and pipeline.

  • You have consistently met or exceeded sales activity expectations through proactive outreach and referral relationships to build a healthy, predicable pipeline for future results.

  • You’ve developed strong relationships across multiple departments at key client accounts and are recognized as a trusted advisor.
  • Your pipeline is balanced across new prospects, repeat customers, and building new relationships within existing accounts.
  • You’ve successfully expanded your reach from Finance & Accounting into Technology and Business Transformation, creating new opportunities, and can articulate Sayva’s value proposition.
  • You are proficient in all Sayva’s tools and have shown consistent usage and optimization of the systems available.
  • You’ve helped Sayva grow its presence in the middle market and enterprise account space, bringing in strategic accounts and multi-department partnerships.
  • You embody Sayva’s values in every interaction with clients, colleagues, and the community.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with 3+ years of recent experience in professional services.
  • Recent experience developing relationships with executive level finance and accounting contacts.
  • History of excellence with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Experience working with Bullhorn or similar CRM.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn
  • Ability to periodically travel domestically to attend conferences, client visits, Company headquarters (in San Diego, CA), etc.
