About the Opportunity: Our clients are seeking Senior Financial Analysts to join their high performing team across a variety of industries.
Responsibilities:
- Finance support for transactions, cost centers and projects, including monthly actuals to forecast variance analysis, short and long term cost forecasting, and headcount.
- Partner with functional business leads to effectively manage their respective areas and make recommendations for solutions.
- Review and approve cost center and business spends and headcount requests.
- Present analyses and monthly reporting results to segment Finance and Business Leadership.
- Establish and report out on monthly KPI’s.
- Ad Hoc and recurring financial modelling and analysis.
- New customer onboarding and support.
- Works autonomously and proposes creative solutions to help determine methods and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related area.
- 4+ years "hands-on" Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) experience.
- Experience owning and managing financial forecasts, including P&L and Balance Sheet.
- Strong financial modeling skills (Excel)
- Systems experience with proficiency with ERP systems, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience with Hyperion products a plus
