Technical Sourcer
Summary: We are hiring a Technical Sourcer for our Technology Delivery team to help support our expanding client base in San Diego as well as nationally for remote roles.

Core Responsibilities:
- Research, source, and build lists of top talent
- Build a network and foster relationships with elite talent both locally and nationally to create a pipeline and proactively assist with hiring needs
- Create persuasive messaging to entice prospective candidates
- Identify and engage with new candidates & consultants by performing searches in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM, and other available tools
- Conduct high-quality resume screening and share qualified candidates & consultants with the Delivery team for more detailed screening
- Utilize CRM to input and manage candidates
- Perform searches within the CRM to identify candidates
- Take direction from Delivery Directors and Managers regarding skillsets to prioritize
- Pipeline and maintain candidates & consultants for Company’s recruiting matrix
- Set up saved searches & notifications on LinkedIn and job boards (e.g. – Monster, Dice, etc.)
- Perform daily searches on job boards
- Create, post, and manage job postings using CRM and external job boards. Review job posting applicants and respond accordingly
- Help coordinate interviews with qualified candidates, as needed
- Help establish & maintain high standards of excellence
- Be accountable to weekly performance expectations
- Look for opportunities to improve processes, leverage technology, and support an environment of continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- 2+ years prior recruiting experience sourcing technology and information systems professionals
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with constant need for reprioritization
- Experience with LinkedIn or other recruiting tools and ability to navigate within systems
- Ability to work in a fast paced, production driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and detail-orientation skills
- BS or BA in relevant field
